Twenty-seven amendments have been added to the United States Constitution since 1789.
The first ten amendments, known as the Bill of Rights, were adopted as a unit on December 15, 1791.
Amendment II reads as follows: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

The world has become a very dangerous place since 9/11. Here at Shop the Right, we believe that now, more than ever, the 2nd amendment must be preserved.
